Vohzd hunt

Good evening. I hope the night finds you well. I would not wish to disturb the affairs of this community, but my new duties come with responsibilities I cannot ignore.

It has been brought to my attention by Father Marius that a rival to the former prince has left us with some rather unfortunate issues to deal with. The chief of which is a monstrosity of flesh, bone, and sinew known as a Vohzd. This creature has been allowed to roam the area, and must be dealt with.

In the name of Prince Sentia, I ask for any information relating to this that you or your vassals might have.

[Viscountess Evelynn]

*A young woman with half-moon spectacles and raven-black hair approaches Simon. She's very well-kept, and though she is beautiful, she wears modest, scholarly clothes that do little for her figure. She carries a heavy tome, and speaks with a dignified tone*

Prelate Molendinarius, I am Morgaine, daughter of the Viscountess Evelynn.
The Conac, the Vohzd in question, is exceedingly powerful. It is likely immune to all mentally or emotionally-based abilities, and is highly resistant to damage aside from fire. Taking it down will not be easy.

*Morgaine pushes up her spectacles slightly*

Thank you my dear. Do go on. Anything you can tell me will be helpful.

I am particularly interested in where it has been residing, what it has been eating, and what it is likely to do in the near future.

It is a large building in York. The Prince charged myself with destroying it, but that was before your appointment, if you wish to handle it, I would not get in the way.

I feel no particular need to make this a personal quest. If the prince charged you with this I would not second guess her. I am more then happy to take chage, lend aid, or ignore the problem as desired.
Have you begun work on this? I would not duplicate efforts if one such as you has already begun.

::A woman dressed in scarlet robes and a cardinals cape looks up from one of the books she had been reading, most of her face is covered with a thick veil:: Perhaps our neighbors to the north could do something with it, I hear they are quite adept at killing these things.

*Morgaine examines the woman in red, leering with a mixture of curiosity and obvious distaste.*
May I inquire as to who exactly you are?

Amaesia will look up from where she is seated, reading a thick tome.
"Yes, please do introduce yourself."

[Kendra of the Wood]

I am Kendra, previously a Trusted, Loyal and Feared subject to our departed leader. Eldest of the isle, or so I was once called. I have not come into the city for some time, and thought that I would enjoy a good tome to pass the evening away when I overheard your plight. ::She wraps her robes tightly around her body as she gets up to move, but stops herself.:: Perhaps I have spoken out of turn, and it is possible I have been hiding away in the wood for far too long.

[Etheldred]

Amaesia nods. "You are welcome to stay and enjoy the evening. You have my hospitality." She pauses. "By neighbors to the north, did you mean the Tremere?"

Their are Many who live up north not just tremere My Lady!

[Viscountess Evelynn]

*Morgaine's grip on her tome tightens, and she appears visibly uncomfortable. After a few moments of contemplating, she curtsies towards Amaesia and then quickly proceeds out of the building, muttering under her breath about a rat infestation*

Elder Kendra, *bows* What are this Vohzd that you speak of?

A large beast, composed of the flesh and bone of a dozen or more men. The Tzimisce are said to use them as seigr engines in their homelands. I have never seen one personally.

Then Shoulm't the Noble Tzimisce be able too control itif its one of their creatures?
