Gmail Plus Addressing
I was mentioning this at last session and some people were surprised about it, so I thought I would mention it here also:
If you need to make a new account and don't want to make a new email address, Gmail has a system that works wonders, called plus addressing. Basically, you can add a "+" and then distinguishing term to your email and it will still go to your regular inbox. Most account registration forms (including the one for these forums) treat John.smith@gmail and John.smith+newcharacter@gmail as different email addresses, so you don't need to create a burner email to make a new account here. Basically your gmail includes an arbitrarily large number of extra email addresses built in.
